  • Level 2 CYQ qualification in Fitness Instructing

  • Level 3 CYQ qualification in personal training

Jonny is the Co-Owner and Program Director of RAW Omagh. Jonny has worked with a range of different clientele, ranging from all types of field sports, individual sports such as cycling, OCR (obstacle course racing) athletes and the general population. His philosophy is the same for everyone - “build a strong, robust and more capable body for every situation”.

Jonny’s passion for helping people came from within a struggle of his own. He is a keen footballer who tore his ACL when he was 18 leading to him getting surgery on his knee and having to go through a 9month rehabilitation program. Before this, he would not have done any gym work, but with his rehab work, he understood the benefits for health and longevity and also for the enhancement of performance. Since then he has been preaching the rewards of gym work for an athletic but also longevity perspective.

Jonny also took a keen interest into Weightlifting, and got both his Lvl 1&2 coaching certification. He also competed in a weightlifting comp with a few clients from the gym to try and build some experience on the competition front.
